APPETIZER

  • Bruschetta Mista – Ratatouille, Tomato, Spiced Tomato with Goat Cheese, Black Olive
  • Soup of the Day – A fresh-in-house-made soup prepared from Durham Region Produce
  • Mixed SALADE – Mixed greens fresh tomatoes cucumbers toasted with choice of dressing

ENTRÉE

  • RIBS & COB – 10 oz. Signature slow-cooked-fall-off-the-bone back ribs, basted with our famous BBQ sauce served with an ear of fresh corn lightly grilled, brushed with butter and dusted with our own seasoning, and accompanied with our garlic, bacon mashed potatoes
  • ATLANTIC SALMON – 10oz. Atlantic salmon filet grilled and topped with a puree of red pepper, goat cheese, served with your choice of Baton Rouge sides
  • TOP SIRLOIN – *9oz. AAA Sterling Silver Canadian Top Sirloin grilled and topped with a mushroom, onion, Red wine reduction, served with your choice of Baton Rouge Sides (*change to 8oz. filet mignon +$5)

DESSERT

  • Pumpkin Pie – Traditional Pumpkin Pie made from Durham region Produce
  • Peach Cobbler – A hand-made crumble topped peaches prepared with a premium French vanilla ice cream
  • Apple Cobbler – A hand-made crumble topped apples prepared with a premium French vanilla ice cream
