  • Apple & Roasted Squash Soup Served with homemade crème fraiche
  • Five Spice Duck Confit Salad with Julienne mangoes, roasted cashews, snap peas, five spice vinaigrette
  • Organic Beet salad with toasted sunflower seeds, arugula, chèvre and an Ashton maple vinaigrette

ENTRÉE

  • Autumn Chicken Pot Pie – Tender Chicken, potatoes, carrots, and peas in a
    creamy velouté topped with flaky pastry
  • Creamy Roasted Butternut Risotto Finished with fresh herbs, arugula and goat cheese topped with crispy leeks
  • Beef Bourguignon – Tender braised beef, potatoes, vegetables, red wine veal demi glace, egg noodles

  • Sweet Potato Cheesecake with Ginger snap base, Maple crème Anglaise
